Warning – Pandemics Are Never What They Seem

Fauci, I believe, has been a callous murderer. Perhaps, like Albert Einstein, we should dissect his brain when he is dead to understand how someone can be so evil. There has long been a long-standing view that Fauci did the same thing with AIDS, and the drugs he rushed through killed people and cured nobody. He did the same with swine flu, but at least that vaccine did not kill everyone that took it.

There has long been a concern that the AIDS virus did not simply mutate but was transferred by a gain-of-function naturally from monkeys to humans. William Hamilton, the British biologist, became concerned that AIDS emerged from the trials of a polio vaccine in Africa. Hamilton, the evolutionary biologist, was one of the most distinguished scientists in the world. During the 1990s, Hamilton began to investigate the controversial argument that the origin of HIV was in an oral polio vaccine trial conducted by Hilary Koprowski in Africa. The idea that Hamilton was correct, well, nobody wanted to admit that they had used Africans as experimental guinea pigs.

Hamilton had even submitted a letter on the topic for peer-review, but they refused to allow the subject to be discussed in 1996. Besides the Africans that died, the CDC was being funded with vast amounts of money for the first time because of AIDS. Dr. Anthony Fauci had written on AIDS back in 1983. Fauci wrote in 1983: “The disease was first believed to be confined to a particular epidemiologically defined segment of the population, ie, male homosexuals. Earlier hypotheses suggested that there was something within the life-style of male homosexuals that predisposed them to this syndrome.”

The idea that somehow this monkey virus reached a gain-of-function miraculously in a natural setting even created images of Africans having sex with monkeys. There was too much at stake to allow an investigation that this was perhaps created by mistake in a lab. Hamilton’s ideas were rejected, and some tried to portray him as a nut or conspiracy theorist. Hamilton even gave supportive declarations on this argument, which was published in the  BBC. Hamilton later wrote the foreword of a 1999 book, “The River,” by journalist Edward Hooper, who investigated this theory. “The River” examined the possible source of HIV, analyzing a number of theories concerning its origins and investigating current scientific inquiries into HIV, AIDS, and the search for a cure. It was Ronald Regan who appointed Fauci as the AIDS czar who seemed to intentionally use homosexual males as personal guinea pigs.

After decades, and millions of injections, scientists are asking the chilling question.

Stanford University published this article entitled – “Did Modern Medicin Spread an Epidemic?” in which the Royal Society of London held the first major conference on the origin of AIDS, assembling medical experts, including Hooper. Hooper’s theory came under intense scrutiny. Preston Marx of the AIDS research center in Manhattan and Ernest Drucker, professor at New York’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine, announced that they now believe the reuse of contaminated needles not only spread the AIDS virus but triggered the mutation of SIV to HIV in humans.

Most people have no idea that a monkey virus SV40 was found in the polio vaccine. The discovery of SV40 revealed that between 1955 and 1963 around 90% of children and 60% of adults in the United States had been inoculated with SV40-contaminated polio vaccines. For four decades, government officials have insisted that there is no evidence the Simian Virus (called SV40) was harmful to humans, which of course was a lie. Governmental mistakes of this magnitude are ALWAYS covered up. But in recent years, dozens of scientific studies have found the virus in a steadily increasing number of rare brain, bone, and lung-related tumors — the same malignant cancer SV40 causes in lab animals. Some have even wanted to investigate if this has been the origin of major rare cancer epidemics in the population. Naturally, nobody would ever allow such an investigation — in Government we Trust — all others are rejected!

In April 1955, more than 200,000 American children in five Western and mid-Western states received a polio vaccine in which the process of inactivating the live virus proved to be defective. Within days there were reports of paralysis, and within a month, the first mass vaccination program against polio was abandoned. The children were, of course, collateral damage. They whitewashed this and simply called it “The Cutter Incident.” Thereafter, further investigations revealed that the vaccine, manufactured by the California-based family firm of Cutter Laboratories, had caused 40,000 cases of polio, leaving 200 children with varying degrees of paralysis and killing 10. This does not give a lot of confidence in mass vaccinations for to be human it also to make errors.

Then there were two scientific experts, Dr. Hilary Koprowski (1916-2013), who was the director of the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, and Dr. Albert Sabin (1906–1993), who was a physician at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The two began a race to replace the Salk vaccine. Dr. Cecil Fox, a pathologist at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases remembers that it was an intense competition. Interestingly, both Sabin and Koprowski’s vaccines were derived from monkey organs. They needed to test them in large, non-immunized population groups, no longer available in North America.

Consequently, Sabin traveled to the U.S.S.R. and vaccinated more than 6 million people in Latvia, Estonia, and Kazakhstan between 1958 and 1959. There were NO AIDS cases that emerged in the U.S.S.R. where Sabin did his testing. However, Koprowski went to the Belgian Congo to conduct his study. This is where one of Africa’s more modern health care infrastructures existed at that time. Between 1956 and 1960, Koprowski injected more than 1 million Africans with his version of a vaccine called CHAT.

AIDS emerged in Africa most likely from this test group. Sabin analyzed Koprowski’s vaccine in 1958 and found it to be ‘unstable and contaminated by an unknown virus.’ He warned Koprowski about his discovery and went then went public with his findings. The YouTube video on that has been removed because OMG, it shows that AIDS may have been a lab mistake? Nevertheless, it was Sabin’s vaccine that saved the world — not Koprowski’s. 1918 Spanish Flu & The Bayer Aspirin Scandal

During the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918, bacteriologic and histopathologic results from published autopsy series clearly and consistently implicated secondary bacterial pneumonia caused by common upper respiratory­tract bacteria in most influenza fatalities. Strep infections and NOT the flu virus itself may have killed most people during the 1918 influenza pandemic. High aspirin dosing levels used to treat patients during the 1918–1919 pandemic are now known to cause, in some cases, toxicity and a dangerous build-up of fluid in the lungs, which may have contributed to the incidence and severity of symptoms, bacterial infections, and mortality. In other words, the medicine and treatment killed most of the patients. It was the misuse of aspirin that made the flu worse. (Note: Reuters has pulled this story as well to hide the truth possibly)

In 1918, face masks proved as “useless” as they are today. Just as Fauci was telling people to wear two masks, the Red Cross did the same in 1918 with no success. This has simply raised more questions. When Fauci is attacked, he claims you are attacking “science” when he offers nothing but an opinion with no scientific backing. He always just says whatever he wants that is never consistent.

Hamilton returned to London and he mysteriously died. They even held an inquest to determine his death because it was too convenient for those pushing AIDS. It seems any who questions the narrative mysteriously dies. It is always convenient.

TAXES & the Risks Associated with The Infrastructure Deal

This bipartisan deal on new infrastructure spending that President Biden has reached this week with a group of “moderate” Democrats and “liberal” Republicans in the Senate represents a significant departure with respect to the Internal Revenue Service. Hidden within the claimed “infrastructure bill” you find $40 billion to beef up the IRS to hunt down everyone they can once again. The Biden White House is out to attack not the super-rich because they have everything in foundations and trusts which are tax-exempt. They will be targeting small businesses and harass them further if they survive the lockdowns.

The budget of the IRS was reduced because they were abusing their power back in 2010. The IRS has seen its budget shrink by one-fifth between 2010 and 2018. Perhaps you will recall  Lois Lerner who was the IRS former executive who was at the heart of a scandal involving the deliberate targeting of political opponents of the Obama administration. The DOJ waited for almost two years to dispose of this case quietly with never a prosecution even after Lerner herself apologized for targeting Tea Party groups. Those in government service who violate the law which is for the benefit of government are NEVER prosecuted for their crimes.

Today, we have five “moderate” Republican senators who have unleashed the IRS once again to resume its biased political attacks of targeting people for tax evasion. These Republicans have signed off on the deal but they have betrayed their own party for allowing this to be covered up. The investigative news outlet ProPublica published a story based on a vast trove of leaked confidential tax data for the richest Americans. The IRS is at it again.

This is why the Founding Fathers prohibited direct taxation which Congress repealed in 1913.  Once you have direct taxation, they can bankrupt anyone by simply launching a massive tax investigation and your legal bills will go through the roof and they are doing it simply for political purposes. This is why I have been in favor of REPEALING the income tax and replace it with an indirect tax such as a national sales tax. They used the tax code to imprison Al Capone.

The government prosecutors wanted Al Capone the same as people who want to hunt or fisk and score a big one. They target him for everything and anything. Capone and his bodyguard were arrested in Philadelphia for carrying concealed deadly weapons and within less than one day they were sentenced to one year in prison without a public trial. Capone was released on March 17, 1930. Then on February 28, 1931, Capone was found guilty in federal court on the contempt of court charge and was sentenced to six months in Cook County Jail. His appeal was dismissed.

The prosecutors called in the U.S. Treasury Department which developed a case for tax evasion charges. They used taxes to go after all the mobsters because they could not find any other evidence to prosecute them on. Therefore, they used tax evasion against Al Capone, his brother Ralph “Bottles” Capone, Jake “Greasy Thumb” Guzik, Frank Nitti, and other mobsters. Finally, on June 16, 1931, Al Capone was charged pled guilty to tax evasion and prohibition charges based upon a deal for a two-and-a-half-year sentence.

However, the presiding judge, James Herbert Wilkerson (1869–1948), informed Capone he was not bound by any such deal. Capone then changed his plea to not guilty. Wilkerson was not about to let Capone off easy despite the fact they could not charge him with a serious crime. The prohibition was repealed by FDR 3 years later. On October 18, 1931, Capone was convicted after a mock trial, and on November 24, Judge Wilkerson sentenced him to eleven years in federal prison, fined $50,000, and charged $7,692 for court costs, in addition to $215,000 plus interest due on back taxes. The six-month contempt of court sentence was at least served concurrently.

Capone was confined to the Cook County Jail and of course a political case of this nature had all appeals denied. Capone entered the U.S. Penitentiary in Atlanta, serving his sentence there, and was then transferred to the infamous Alcatraz. It was alleged that Capone was denied medical treatment which is really on par for high-profile cases. On November 16, 1939, Al Capone was released after having served seven years, six months, and fifteen days, and having paid all fines and back taxes. His health deteriorated greatly during his confinement. Immediately on release, Capone entered a Baltimore hospital for brain treatment. He was released and moved to his Florida home, an estate on Palm Island in Biscayne Bay near Miami. He never recovered and died with his family due to a stroke and pneumonia on January 25, 1947. Such is the fate of high-profile cases in America.

If it were not for the INCOME TAX, Al Capone would never have gone to prison. Even Prohibition was a failed experiment that actually made the Mafia. The Mafia was respected among the Italian community because they would even counterfeit food ratios during World War I to ensure the community was fed and did not starve.

It was making liquor illegal that created a profitable opportunity for the Mafia which in the United States was entirely different from that in Sicily. Indeed, in Sicily, the term “mafioso” had no criminal connotations and was used to refer to a person who was suspicious of central authority – an anti-government faction. During the 19th century, some of these groups emerged as private armies to protect the people from the government. This evolved where some began to extorted protection money from landowners to protect them from the corrupt government. Eventually, some factions became violent criminal organizations which turning the original protection into a means to extort money which then began the Sicilian Mafia. The American Mafia, however, did not rise to power until the prohibition and they too began as an admired protector of the people.

ohn McAfee is Dead – Targeted for Selective Presecution

John David McAfee is dead. He allegedly committed suicide in a Spanish jail cell where he was awaiting extradition to the United States. Tennesee charged him with 10 counts of tax evasion and in New York City, he was charged with securities fraud for advocating cryptocurrency in which he had a position and then sold into the rally. That they can call a pump and dump. I knew John. We both were speakers at the American Hackers Convention. Many called him eccentric. I always found him to be courteous and he had offered his support in my ordeal never having any fondness for the government.

John made this video in July 2020. I believe anyone involved in cryptocurrency who owned it and then touted it and sold it into a rally could be criminally charged under this theory. This is why to be an adviser at my level, I cannot have any conflict of interest. Those in the private sector are held to a different standard. What John is saying here is true, for which they most likely retaliated with criminal charges because anyone advocating cryptocurrency who then sold and made a profit could equally be charged.  Regulations passed by agencies without Congressional power is the Deep State. They pass regulation and it becomes criminal law. This circumvents everything the constitution stood for. They are NOT created by the people.

In United States v. Shreveport Grain & Elevator Co., 287 U.S. 77, 85 (1932) the Supreme Court held that “the legislative power of Congress cannot be delegated,” (see also and Field v. Clark, 143 U.S. 649, 692 (1892)). However, on other occasions, the Supreme Court has recognized that, although Congress may not delegate powers that “are strictly and exclusively legislative,” it may delegate “powers which [it] may rightfully exercise itself.” Wayman v. Southard, 23 U.S. (10 Wheat.) 1, 41 (1825).

This is the problem and how the Deep State is created. Congress has delegated power. The Supreme Court has allowed agencies to fill in the details of statutes which has become standard practice. For example, the Supreme Court upheld a statute requiring the manufacturers of oleomargarine to have their packages “marked, stamped and branded as the Commissioner of Internal Revenue . . . shall prescribe,” rejecting the argument that the prosecution was NOT for violation of law but for violation of a regulation –  In re Kollock, 165 U.S. 526 (1897)

It has been in this manner that the Deep State has emerged. They simply create regulation that has the same force of law and can then deep you are to be in prison for life or even impose a death penalty. I fear that this was a selective prosecution but that is no longer a defense since the Supreme Court ruling in 1996. As long as the government has prosecuted anyone else on this theory, you will NEVER prevail in court.

The Deep State won. If John committed suicide I fully understand. Once the Feds charge you, there is less than a 1% chance of ever winning in court.

Defund the Police = Totalitarian Agenda

QUESTION: Why is the left pushing to defund the police and make shoplifting not a crime under $1,000? I am leaving California. It has become an insane asylum that can only get worse. I am headed to Texas. This entire movement makes no sense. You said simply remove the immunity for police violence and that is enough. They are putting police officers on trial now for the first time so it looks like they are ignoring the immunity anyhow. Any thoughts?

ANSWER: I have explained many times that if you turn the police against the government, the government falls. I was advising protesters in Ukraine during their revolution. Yanukovich was bringing in Russians acting as police. I told them to use that to turn the Ukrainian police against Yanukovich, and it worked. I know people on those barricades, and I know people who were attending to the wounded. Once the police flipped to defend the people, Yanukovich fled to Russia. The CIA did not do that. What the CIA did do was hand-pick the new leaders, and the people were told if they overthrew them, there would be no support for Ukraine. That is the REAL story — not this CIA bullshit put out by commentators who had no contact with Ukraine. I use to date a Ukrainian girl who was tending to the wounded. I knew several people in Ukraine, even some who dared to take photos of Russians who had invaded long before it was even in the press.

I have enjoyed exploring the history and looking at it in terms of patterns. Revolutions typically turn on the police. If they side with the people, the government falls. My sources have questioned the entire Defund the Police Movement, which makes no sense. The only rational explanation is this remains an effort to federalize the police so the government can enforce its personal desires. I have seen a similar argument in Florida where some are saying that the local towns should surrender their police forces to the state. Where I live, we have a county police force but some towns cling to a local police force to ticket people to raise revenue. That is a state sport in New Jersey. They gave me a parking ticket in a private parking lot, which is illegal, but you pay the $25 rather than take a day to go to court.

Therefore, I am not the only person to have noticed this pattern that the survival of the government depends entirely upon the loyalty of the police. In some cases, it is the military, as in Moscow during 1991 when Yeltsin stood on the tanks saying do not fire on the people. We would not have 450 people who “stormed” the Capitol building in prison facing 15 to 20 years for taking selfies if the police said this was wrong and refused to follow these tyrannical decrees.

 

 

Walgreens has been closing stores in San Francisco, which illustrates how dangerous it is becoming in California. Why would any politician make such a law? Everything seems to be supporting this desire to look like heroes and have Congress take control of ALL police forces nationally and make them all answerable to federal oversight.

DOWN UNDER & the Great Reset

QUESTION: Re, the distorted job market.
We currently run a short term accommodation business in NSW, Australia. For about 3 years we have been trying to hire housekeepers. What we slowly learned was what you mentioned in your blog. We would get at least 40 applications for the one position. Then I would break it down to the top 5. I would close the job ad. Then none would answer the phone. A local guy told me that all they have to do is apply to show it to the unemployment agency to keep their benefits. The long term effect will be devastating. We have decided to stop expanding our business purely because we can’t find workers willing to do at a minimum 15 hours per week. It’s a joke.
How does Australia fit into this whole climate change/great reset when we are so heavily dependant on commodities exports?

ANSWER: This is why the government is simply incompetent. The people who write these laws know absolutely nothing. I was in our London office, and I was asked to urgently fly over to a major client in Germany, a public corporation. They had wanted to reduce their workforce by 20% and needed permission from the government to do so. They agreed and at the last minute, they said it was not “fair” that the company pick and choose. They had to make the offer with 100,00DM to give up your job willingly. All the best people took the money and ran because they knew they could get a job elsewhere. The company was left with the very people they wanted to fire.

When I got to the board meeting, the accountant firm advised tapping into their pension fund on the spot, and then most of the board resigned. The chairman told me he had to leave because the company would go bankrupt and he did not want that on his resume.

I lost my health insurance under Obamacare which was Blue Cross. They said it did not comply because it did not have maternity leave and coverage for children. I said I was not married. Obamacare imposed maternity leave on everyone, regardless of age or marital status. When they sent me new cards, they included cards for children I did not have under 26. When I called them, they said I was not “paying anything extra,” for it was included, and the price doubled.

Here we have absolute stupidity. The unemployed keep getting money, pretending they are looking for jobs by simply making a phone call and never showing up. Then you walk around and see signs everywhere — “HELP WANTED!”

The fate of Australia is in the hands of incompetent bureaucrats. These people really think they can flip the world economy GREEN in two years or less and think this will all be a walk in the park. Commodity prices will rise because of incompetence and the attempt by the government to reduce the supply of anything they deem a threat to the world economy.
