The Supervisory Power of the Supreme Court

This effort to prevent Trump from running for President is presenting a major CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS. We have the extremely LEFTIST Supreme Court of Colorado ruling unconstitutionally that Trump should be barred from being on the ballot. Then we have the Michigan Supreme Court ruling against Colorado. Now, the State of Maine, another LEFTIST government, is also seeking to follow Colorado.

These Leftist Governments are planning to really destroy the Constitution in any way they possibly can. Not a single person on January 6th was criminally charged with the Insurrection Statute. Yet, these LEFTIST states are trying to use the 14th Amendment to block Trump from running when it has NEVER been used even once in history against any Southerner.

These states are fulfilling the warnings of Nikita Khrushchev (1894-1971). They are so anti-Constitution and are allowing this country to be flooded with people from South America who have traditionally been Marxists, which is why they have destroyed their own economies and are flooding into the United States for free food, clothing, healthcare, and to be taken care of for life as long as they vote for the Marxists here determined to destroy the US economy.

Our model warns of a recession from May 7th, 2024, into 2028. As Chairman Powell of the Federal Reserve warned, this spending by Biden is “unsustainable,” and there may not even be an election by 2028. Democracy is all about letting the people decide. States are rigging the ballots so that no challenger in the Democratic primary may appear on any ballot, leaving no choice for Democrats but Biden. Then, they are trying to prevent Trump from running at all. This is not Democracy – it is totalitarianism.

I fear we have reached the end of the rule of law. If the Supreme Court strikes down these Marxist States, they will only claim it was a Republican Decision. The very idea of a “UNITED” formation of states can no longer be justified. The nation has become so deeply divided; as Abraham Lincoln once said, a house divided cannot stand. This is what we face as we move into 2032. The Supreme Court instigated the Civil War with the Dread Scott decision when they tried to defuse the potential for the Civil War.

Emerson was Scott’s owner, and he allowed Scott to get married and left Scott and his wife in Wisconsin when Emerson traveled to Louisiana. Emerson died in 1843, and Scott attempted to purchase his freedom from Emerson’s widow, but she refused. Dread Scott argued that since he became a permanent resident in the federal territory of Wisconsin, which prohibited slavery, he became a freeman. The district court applied the laws of Missouri to find Scott was still a slave, and the Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed. It then went to the Supreme Court, in a hotly watched issue, then much as removing Trump from the ballots today. In a highly contentious opinion written by Chief Justice Taney, he held that persons of African descent were not citizens of the United States. The Court reasoned that, at the time of the ratification of the U.S. Constitution, persons of African descent were brought to the U.S. as property and, whether later freed or not, could not become U.S. citizens. With that decision, the Civil War became the solution. South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Virginia. He did not receive any votes from the states that would later form the Confederacy besides Virginia, where Republicans secured 1% of the votes. History is repeating once again. Today, the Marxist-following states that do not believe in Equal Protection of the Law seek to remove Trump from their ballots as well to prevent him from becoming president, precisely as was done to Abraham Lincoln.

Regardless of how the Supreme Court rules, as in Dread Scott, one side will never support the outcome. It is questionable if the United States will ever be able to stand as one nation once again.

Revolution v Civil War - tripartite break up

A revolution cannot be used interchangeably with “civil war.” For you see, a civil war occurs when the people are divided and fight one another; a revolution occurs when the people join forces and overthrow the government. As indicated in the Oxford dictionary:

Revolution – a forcible overthrow of a government or social order, in favor of a new system

Civil War – a war between citizens of the same country

Politics has successfully divided the nation, and the pandemic exacerbated the differences between the left and right. They have attempted to divide us by class – the haves and have-nots. We have the welfare state on one side and a select few amassing the majority of the world’s wealth on the other. The 99% in the middle are now fighting against one another, with some pushing for socialism to ensure we are all financially equally. As the saying goes, “You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.”

 

 

They have attempted to divide us through religion, as we even saw Soros-backed protestors entering churches during services. Traditional values have been demonized by the left, who believes those wishing to preserve their way of life are outdated. The nuclear family, pillar to any religion and society as a whole, has been destroyed. Monogamy has fallen out of popularity and birth rates continually decline. People on the far-right do not want abortion under any circumstance or same-sex marriage. The people on the far-left believe children should have the authority to change their gender, and there are hundreds of genders to choose from.

They have attempted to divide us through race. They implemented Critical Race Theory curriculum in the schools intended to create white guilt and anger among minorities. Kids don’t see race, but the schools ensure they do at a young age. Politicians on the left continually promise reparations, believing that people should pay for the misdoings of their ancestors even though only a tiny fraction of Americans had ancestors who owned slaves. The public school curriculum supports far-left ideologies and indoctrinates young minds to believe in a false reality.

We saw the rise of movements like Black Lives Matter, where it was permissible to burn down cities with no legal repercussions in the name of civil rights. Then we have a disproportionate of number of Blacks in our prisons due to laws that were intended to target them. We saw a rising wave of hate against Asians after China was blamed for spreading COVID to the world.

Speaking of COVID, the pandemic did more damage to divide our nation than anything in recent history. People were forcibly separated and forbid to socialize with their own families. Religion was not enough of an excuse to avoid the vaccine or attend religious services. Countless small businesses failed and people lost their jobs, contributing to the class warfare crisis. The unvaccinated were demonized as the biggest threat to the nation and there were calls for their extermination. Everyone was forced to choose a side amid the pandemic.

If the people were not divided, they would realize that government is pinning us against one another. The current administration took the Constitution and set it on fire. We are rapidly losing every single freedom from free speech, the right to bear arms, and even the most basic right to elect the people in positions of power who make decisions on our behalf. The government is the enemy – there will be a revolution once people realize their fellow neighbor is not the problem.

By the time we get to 2032, that will be the light at the end of the tunnel. Neither side will accept the results of the election if they bother to hold one at all. The USA will eventually break into three primary regions: 2) the South & Midwest Bible Belt will join together against, 2) the Northeast, and 3) the Pacific States will be their own la-la-land. The volatility will begin in 2024, but by 2032, the United States of America will be far from united.

Data Analytical Services (DAS) – Hemisphere Project Expanded – Government Surveillance

Snowden and others warned us. The US government has been spying on citizens at the federal, state, and local levels. Telecommunications company AT&T partnered with Data Analytical Services (DAS) to provide them with our digital footprints. The government is targeting everyone under the assumption that every American is a criminal.

They speak of the Stasi as if that was a time long ago and forgotten. Trillions of phone records are in the hands of government permanently. AT&T received indirect financing grants for its participation in the mass surveillance program. The government could target a criminal, or their neighbors, relatives, someone merely in their phone contacts list, or even the victim of a crime. The local cop could ping in to see his girlfriend’s phone location, for example. Warrants are no longer required.

US Senator Ron Wyden wrote a letter of “serious concerns about the legality” of DAS to US Attorney General Merrick Garland, obtained by Wired. Wyden said the program “would justifiably outrage many Americans and other members of Congress.” The DAS has expanded after project Hemisphere, the previous government surveillance program that has been largely scrubbed from record. Obama began Hemisphere in 2013 and also partnered with AT&T for data-mining services. Trump reinstated and later halted the program, while Biden refunded and recharged the initiative. Hemisphere was simply renamed to DAS since the cover was blown.

DAS operates under a program called HIDTA, which is dedicated to drug trafficking and the ongoing lost war on drugs. But they are not limited to tapping the phones of alleged drug dealers or buyers. DAS bypasses numerous laws by claiming they are not wiretapping citizens, which would require a warrant. They claim they are merely storing data instead of conversations. They are able to track locations using this data as well. “The scale of the data available to and routinely searched for the benefit of law enforcement under the Hemisphere Project is stunning in its scope,” Wyden’s letter to Garland says.

The government also has access to our email history. They can search as far back as 1987 if that data is available. The program knows if someone switches numbers and everyone has the potential to be targeted. Technically, these law enforcement agencies need a subpoena, which is easy to obtain and often bypassed. Of most concern is that data exists, and the government has a verifiable way to track citizens’ whereabouts at all times without reason of suspicion.

Germany the Crisis in the Making

COMMENT: Marty, Germany is following your forecast, and even the courts just ruled that moving money from one designated purpose to another is unconstitutional. When will Germany wake up? Ukraine is destroying Europe, and they were the culprits that blew up the Nord Stream to hurt Russia but did more economic damage to Germany. Then Zelensky wants us to keep handing him money after he was responsible for our energy crisis. It is just unimaginable how idiots occupy our government.

REPLY: The high court in Germany ruled that the supplementary 2021 budget that they amended was a violation of the Basic Law and thereafter, unconstitutional. The court’s decision was interesting that the government failed to demonstrate the necessary connection between the COVID emergency and shifting it into the Energy and Climate Fund. Germany was then forced to freeze public spending for the balance of the year. Germany has a rule that limits the rise in debt by limiting the annual deficits because they still think that increasing the money supply created the hyperinflation of the 1920s – a very shallow linear analysis.

We have had a back-to-back Directional Change here in 2022/2023. We can see that the PPI is relaxing from the 2022 high, but 2023/2024 should be the low. We have a Panic Cycle in 2025, and from there into 2032, the damage of all this nonsense with Ukraine will destroy Europe and then the Middle East will engulf Europe internally.

Merkel’s decision to open the borders, as Biden has done, will undermine Europe and destroy its culture. Europe will not be the same after 2032. It is rapidly being transformed into the old Ottoman Empire conquered this time from within. The religious violence has already begun, and this is where the entire Middle East conflict will spill over into the rest of the world.

Europe has been engulfed in religious wars many times. Even Communism was a religious war, whereby it was atheism. Even the French Revolution involved seizing all the property of the Catholic Church and Napoleon even imprisoned the Poper.  This is precisely on time, for it is 340 years from the last attempt of the Ottoman Empire to conquer Europe in 1683.

REPLY: The LEFT knows very well how to take over a country. They did that in Russia and China. You divide the people into groups and turn them all against each other. The transgengers in the US are 0.04%, yet you would think that they are the majority. Here you have a male coach going into the girl’s locker room to change because he claims he identifies as a woman. If I did that, I would be arrested. So if I say I identify as a woman, that means it’s OK? What about the rights of privacy of the girls in the locker room? They already can no longer dream of getting to the Olympics because some guy claims he is now a woman.

As I have said, there are plenty of transgenders in Thailand since it is the sex-change capital of the world. It is no big deal because they are also respectful and call themselves ladyboys. Here, they are being used to actually divide the country and create the exact opposite of what they have been manipulated to do – create disunity – not equality. Here we can no longer define a woman, and soon Mother’s Day is to be Birthing Person Day. This is part of the LEFT agenda. Divide the nation into race, genders, left, right, and PREVENT unity. When everyone is divided, then they will not join together to rise up against the real enemy – those manipulating society pretending to be elected officials.

This is the oldest strategy. If you divide the people, then they can be conquered. It is as simple as that. Julius Caesar was able to conquer Gaul despite being outnumbered more than 10 to 1 because the Gauls never united until it was too late. Even in the final battle during September 52 BC, Julius Caesar sealed his fate as a legendary military commander at the Battle of Alesia, where his army of 50,000 Romans defeated 200,000 Gauls in what is now modern-day Burgundy, France. The Celtic tribes were never united. Caesar defeated the Belgae tribes as well as the Helvetia. Had they all united, Caesar surely would not have conquered Europe. Hence, keep your opponents divided, and you will win.

Even Amazon’s internal documents exposed that the company rates their stores using a “diversity index” and determined the threat of unionization is “higher” at stores with “lower diversity.” This is what the WOKE movement is all about — DIVIDE & CONQUER! This is the entire object of the woke movement — divide and create hatred between the groups. This is the strategy of how the LEFT is taking the United States, Canada, and Europe.
