The battle for human rights has unfolded over the course of thousands of years. The oldest record is that of the Cyrus Cylinder, which is an ancient clay artifact that has been called the oldest-known charter of universal human rights and a symbol of Cyrus’ humanitarian rule. The cylinder dates from the 6th century BC and was discovered in the ruins of Babylon in 1879.

The cuneiform script is considered by many Biblical scholars to be evidence of Cyrus’s policy of repatriation of the Jewish people following their captivity in Babylon. Persians’ Zoroastrian faith was the source of religious tolerance. The three wise men in the Nativity Scene at the birth of Christ were Zorasters from Persia.

When Cyrus conquered Babylon, he even left most local officials to retain power but placed his governors called satraps overseeing each province. In spring 526 BC, after a reign of only a few months, Pharaoh Psammetichus III had been defeated by Cyrus’ son Cambyses II, and Egypt thereby became part of the Persian Empire.

Cyrus the Great was perhaps the first to show mercy to those he conquered and set the standard for human rights. Those in power always seek to dominate the Great Unwashed for whatever reason. What makes them thrilled with such power to suppress others has never really been fully explained. Ironically, 3 x 8.6 = 25.8. The year 2032 will be 2580 years from the first charter of human rights.

Soros is NOT Targeting the Dollar

QUESTION: I believe there is a guy on YouTube ripping you off and claiming Soros is now targeting the dollar which he will destroy just as he did to the pound. Is Soros even capable of that? You said he was just the lead guy on that for the club. Care to comment?

ANSWER: Anyone claiming Soros is now targeting the dollar is absolute garbage. The entire pound issue was that it was a FIXED rate in the European Rate Mechanism. It was a cheap play. If you were wrong, you lost nothing because it was a fixed exchange rate. Soros would NEVER go against a floating currency. He would be wiped off the face of the Earth. This is total nonsense. If this is their sales pitch to buy Bitcoin or something, they could face 20 years in jail. It is totally FALSE advertising — PERIOD!

QUESTION: Why is the Fed doing so much Reverse Repo? Do you think it will hit $2 trillion?

ANSWER: I understand that people seem to be talking up the reverse repo activity as doom and gloom. The Federal Reserve has been raising interest rates and boosted the return to fight inflation. The reverse repo facility takes in cash primarily from money-market funds, as well as government-sponsored companies and banks. This facility offered a return of zero percent to eligible users previously, and then the Fed moved it up to 0.05%, while at the same time lifting another rate, called the interest on excess reserves rate to 0.15% from 0.10%. The Fed is actually competing against the US Treasury in taking in cash, which is diverting it from government debt.

What the Fed does not understand because it is beyond their control are the international capital flows. Raising rates to fight domestic inflation is attracting capital from Europe, where banks are charged negative interest rates if they have excess cash. They open a branch in the USA and then send the excess cash to the state, and then they put it at the Fed. In this manner, the Fed has no idea how much money they are actually attracting globally.

I helped the Japanese lower their trade surplus by simply buying gold in New York, taking delivery, shipping it to London, and then selling it and starting all over again constantly. The trade statistics only measure dollars — not goods. You can buy a hot dog and have it delivered in London, and that too would reduce the trade surplus. It’s all a numbers game, and those in government have no ability to figure out the real world.

The statistics they created with Bretton Woods were all based on the currency which was fixed. So if you created more dollars, that was inflationary. But in a floating exchange rate system, if you create 10% more dollars but the dollar declines by 20%, guess what? It ain’t inflation but deflation!

People’s thinking has been compromised by the very way the government sets up everything. We would allocate trade at our firm according to the flag the company flew. That showed the US never had a trade deficit. It eas US companies setting up offshore and importing their own goods. I testified before Congress on all of this in 1996. So much for trade wars of misguided ideas of the world we live in.

The Fed is raising rates trying to soak up excess cash in the system BECAUSE that cash is not going into long-term bonds. Instead, we see even mortgage rates have declined under 2% because capital is shifting from PUBLIC to PRIVATE. Major capital has been turning to the mortgage market for there they have collateral wherewith government debt they have nothing but a political promise.

Yes, there will be others now claiming this is their idea. But unless you actually made the trades and really consulted with governments to solve problems, you will never come up with the answer without experience. Thank you to all the people who point out those who plagiarize what I write like clockwork. All I can say is that reveals people who are just not trustworthy. So, let’s see how long it takes others to claim they thought this up in the shower.

 The Pelosi Wall is Still Up – Why the Welfare State Will Collapse

Washington DC is still closed, and the Pelosi Wall is still up. Despite everything they portray on TV, Pelosi is keeping Capitol Hill behind her wall because she knows the agenda they are trying to push, although she really does not have even 50.4% approval. She has not given up on selling out America. Her dream of creating a welfare state where the people are 100% dependent upon the government, historically, does not work. Even the Romans discovered once they created a welfare program in 133 BC that they could NEVER end it without a civil uprising.

This reminds me of how Rome fell. They created a free grain program and took the rights of the people away to vote. Nevertheless, even after Rome fell, the Barbarians still had to maintain the free food for Romans or risk mob rule. No army outnumbers the population, and if the people rise up in civil unrest, the government will fall. This is a sestertius of Nerva celebrating that the emperor is providing free food to everyone in the city of Rome.

What is never really talked about is that the free food applied only to the city of Rome. Therefore, this attracted the poor from the rural communities, and as they raised taxes, the rich left. They managed to destroy Rome by chasing out the rich who created the jobs and innovations and replaced them with the welfare class. These two policies destroyed the Roman Empire weakening it from the inside, which allowed the barbarians to invade

Taiwan & the Risks

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong; I take it you see China retaking Taiwan in the years ahead. I read your latest report. With your expertise, how do you see that unfolding?

ANSWER: China would most likely use its DF-16 – a short-range ballistic missile which Taiwan would have extreme difficulting in preventing them from getting through their defense net. They would target all military installations and possibly take out Taiwan’s airports and that would probably be followed by surface troops landing on their shores. China has its H-6 bombers and J-16 fighter jets, which would wipe out its naval force.

China would then launch several rounds of intensive cruise missile attacks, such as the YJ-91 and CJ-10. These would be launched from both land and sea. This would further target all military bases, ammunition depots, communications infrastructure, and key road junctions. If the PLA did not surrender, since the US and Japan will NOT come to their aid,  then they would use artillery strikes from surface ships and land-based rocket forces to annihilate the PLA’s resistance. I suspect they could take Taiwan in less than 2 weeks. They have been conducting major military exercises.

I do not believe that China is interested in wiping out the infrastructure or the means for economic commerce in computers. The question would be that the West will probably then look to create a competitive chip production to prevent reliance on Asia for computer technology.

Spain Revealing the Totalitarian Future for All

Spain is just putting it all out there. There is new legislation that effectively allows the total end of democracy and All freedom in Spain and this is just the beginning. Any person of legal age will be obliged to carry out the “personal benefits” required by the government, following the guidelines of the National Security Council, whenever the government declares a state of crisis for any reason whatsoever including health. Spain is declaring that all citizens are really slaves of the state without human rights. There is to be no exception and everyone MUST comply with the orders and instructions issued by the government. This new National Security Law stated:

In the event that a state of crisis is declared in Spain (‘situation of interest to National Security’ is the name given by law), the authorities may also proceed to the temporary requisition of all types of property, at the intervention or provisional occupation of those that are necessary or the suspension of all kinds of activities.

That is so vague it will allow the government to seize all your bank accounts and even your home – PERIOD! Those who suffer financial damages due to the seizure of their property or the interruption of their activity will have the right to be compensated. In its first drafts, the law excludes the payment of compensation to those who are obliged to make a personal benefit.  Therefore, any crisis they declare which can be health, environmental, economic, or financial nature, will be covered as well as an invasion from Mars.

However, this new duty to surrender all property does not stop with individuals. This ALSO applies to companies and legal entities to collaborate with the authorities to overcome whatever crisis they in their sole discretion determine. This introduces yet another new risk to owning any Spanish stocks. The politicians have cleverly found justification for eliminating human rights is contained in article 30 of the Constitution, according to which “Spaniards have the duty and right to defend Spain.”

On top of that, the government can also create mandatory military service which had been suspended in Spain back in 2001. They are referring to the 4th section, according to which, “by law, the duties of citizens may be regulated in cases of serious risk, catastrophe or public calamity .” This constitutional provision has remained until now inactive. The drafting of this legislation was deliberate toexclude it from any “organic law” which is the only one that can affect fundamental rights. The crisis is to be declared by the head of state – not the courts.

The obligation of the media

The new legislation also addresses the media. This draft includes the obligation of the media to collaborate with the competent authorities in the dissemination of information of a preventive or operational nature. In other words, it terminates the freedom of the press. The press will be compelled to put out only the government view.

This is what is coming down for all of Europe.

Election Fraud

I am an election manager (coordinator) in —- and I have been observing the election fraud situation.

In the states that are at issue, there were stark similarities.  To even think that one day, lots of people woke up and used the same techniques is stupidly naive.  In my estimation as a Washingtonian, the 2020 Election was a massive racketeering that had bad actors behind it and a great deal of money involved and Trillions of Dollars at stake.  We never had such a massive election fraud.

As a Washingtonian, the obvious answer is the Deep State and at a minimum, the coordination by the CIA, which is a Black Ops.

If you followed Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Michigan, etc.  You see the same pattern.  An Italian computer systems engineer, one of the top in the world, gave an affidavit in a Naples, Italy court that he was “summoned” to the US Embassy in Rome and given orders to upload new algorithms to the Dominion machines to fix the election.  I do not recall reading who gave him the orders, but CIA and State come to mind, especially when Giuliani said that if he had been running State, as he desired, he would have fired the top 10%, who were Obama loyalists.

In short, the Deep State.  All of these were people, who should have been indicted, but for a Justice Department, which was infiltrated by the Deep State.  In short, if Trump had done nothing more than clean the deep Washington sewer, he would have had time for nothing else.

The Scuttlebutt out of Arizona, is that the fraud was massive.  I suspect that Governor Ducey was complicit, as he has refused to sign election reform legislation, even in the light of reports of terrible election misconduct, to the degree that the Arizona Senate has hired a company to do a forensic audit of the voting machines.  Cyber Ninjas has now finished over half of the 2.1 million ballots.

The Democrats and Rinos have done everything they can to discredit the Kinematic audit, but at this point, enough has been completed to paint a dreary picture.

This is not a matter of smart politicians, as you allege.  It is fairly clear that China was involved, that Soros was involved, that Hillary (Perkins Coie) was complicit, that the CIA was involved and I would guess other large players such as the Pharmaceutical Industry threw in its lot.  I strongly believe that Obama was behind this and Biden certainly knew about this and is fearful that as the Fraud emerges, his role will eventually be uncovered.

One would think that all of this would be of interest to the Department of Justice, eh?  One would be wrong!

The Republicans cannot pull this because they are not unified and do not control the levers of power.  Here in New York, we are a solid Democratic State where the population is.  All you have to do is realize that the children are being brainwashed by Teachers who are members of the Teachers Union.

In short, this is a battle for America and unless Section 230 is repealed and NY Times vs. Sullivan is reversed, things will only get worse.

If Jovan Pulitzer was offered $10 million to walk away from the audits, you can just imagine what judges and politicians have been offered.  My guess is that untraceable bitcoins are the medium of  exchange.

You did not mention in your blog, but it would have been appropriate, that at the very last minute, when the full forensic audit was to begin in Georgia on May 28th, the Judge postponed it for a month.  How convenient!  That trick almost worked in Arizona but was thwarted by an honest judge stepping in.

If you think I am a conspiracy theorist in this, you are darn well correct.  I lived through almost twenty years of an actual criminal conspiracy in Brooklyn and I can tell you that the Democrats control the levers of power including the Courts and without money to fight corruption, one will have a hard time staying in the game.

It would not be possible for a country-wide election fraud on this level to be conducted by the Republicans without control of the courts, the CIA and the Justice Department and FBI.  Obama weaponized these Agencies and stayed in Washington, which in itself is unprecedented.  In short, Obama is now pulling the strings in the White House with the complicity of the Media, the Press and Big Tech.  The COVID virus is nothing compared to the Democrats.

One of the comments in another blog was the allegation that a Biden brother in law “owns” Dominion.

I strongly question that.  However, I found that of the two people listed as principal owners, one I found to be very very close to Obama.  I also found that a Chinese Securities firm UBS, was located across Sixth Avenue in NYC from Dominion and that UBS “loaned” Dominion $600 million between 2018 and October 2020.  Also, UBS is controlled by CCP members.  That information should be of interest.  The plot thickens.  A Blumberg video of Ruby Freeman in Georgia, when slowed down, clearly showed that in the course of her managing the counting of the “mail-in” ballots, she had in her hands a large mailing envelope with the letters “S F”.  That just happens to be the Fedex of China.  (The video of this was in a recent blog of Jovan Pulitzer and I would think, should have been shown to the Judge in Georgia, along with the video of the same Ruby Freeman pulling out those ballot-stuffed suitcases from under a table after the monitors left.)

Thus, in your recital of Georgia corruption, you only touched the very tip of the corrupt peach.

REPLY: Everything I have seen behind the curtain points to massive fraud. This was absolutely critical to the Schwab consortium. He already controls Europe and the head of the IMF, as well as the European Central Bank, are on his board as was the head of the EU. This was strategic to get rid of Trump for he was standing in the way. The CIA delayed the release of the Kennedy papers until April 2021 when they KNEW Trump would be gone. Trump allowed that date after the election assuming he would win.

This is not about Trump v Biden. That is so unimportant. This has been a global agenda for they KNOW in their minds the reason Marxism failed the last time was because they did not have the USA and Europe as well. If the entire world was a Marxist government, they have argued for decades it would have e worked. The audits will come out after the summer. The left will scream foul and the mainstream press has already decided it is a Trump fraud. The criminal charges against Trump’s company are propaganda FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES.  For months they said they would be bringing criminal charges against Trump himself. This is now down to an 80-year-old man for free parking he should have paid taxes on?

They could not indict Trump because they would have to actually prove something. Going after his company is nonsense but it is all so they can slander him for any election should he dare try to run again. I would not put it past them if they tried to make sure he dies of some disease by 2024. What this indictment of an 80-year-old man shows is that we seriously need MAJOR reform of our legal system. Prosecutions should NEVER be allowed for political purposes. The prosecutors here are abusing their power for personal political gain which is also a crime, but prosecutors will never indict themselves.

This is even beyond money. This is about total power!
